The Middle East conflict is one of the most complicated conflicts in the world and arose at the beginning of the 20th century in the region of Palestine between Jews and Arabs. It led to eight wars, numerous armed confrontations between Israelis and Palestinians and continues to this day. Due to its complexity, a quick solution is not possible in the short term. Even when the media communicate current conflicts and changes in the region, the issue is quickly forgotten by many people. Yet the situation for Palestinians and Israelis has not changed for decades. Everyone is superficially familiar with this conflict, but hardly anyone knows the reasons for its emergence.
In this collection, attention is drawn to the conflict because it is essential to talk about it and keep it topical; we are all involved because of the historical background.
